The Adjustment Bureau is a 2011 American Romance, Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Thriller, Adaptation, Politics, and Religion film directed by George Nolfi based on the short story Adjustment Team by Philip K. Dick. The Adjustment Bureau Film stars Matt Damon, Emily Blunt, Anthony Mackie, John Slattery, Anthony Ruivivar, Michael Kelly, and Terence Stamp. The Adjustment Bureau Movie plot follows determined politician (Matt Damon) who is on the brink of winning a seat in the U.S. Senate. But when he meet beautiful modern ballet dancer Elise Sellas (Emily Blunt), he realizes he's fallen for her. David learns he is in opposition to the agents of Fate itself, the men of The Adjustment Bureau, who will do everything in their significant power to prevent David and Elise from being together. In the face of overpowering chances, he must either let her go and recognize a prearranged path or threat everything to resist Fate and be with her.
